House rules and operations for Emerald Serenity House and other homes operated by North County Sober Living.
No drugs.No alcohol. Not ever.
Use or possession is a breach and may void the agreement to provide housing and support to you.
Three 12 step meetings weekly. Weekly house meeting on Monday.
Curfew. Guests. Out overnight. Passes.
Face to face Curfew check in is from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm. No house guest after the courtesy hours. No overnight guests. During the First 30 days of residency: No overnight absence. 31- 60 days: One 24 hours pass are allowed. After 60 days: Week end passes are allowed. Prior approval of 48 hours required.

Maintain your living space, beds made rooms cleaned clear of clutter. Do your daily chore as assigned and check off the chore check off list each day when completed . Always clean up the kitchen & counters immediately following cooking and eating. Do Not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Pick up after yourself when you leave a room and respect the home and remember you are a guest and share the home with others. Please turn off light and T.V.ʼs when you not in the room.
No smoking inside the House. No candles, they are a fire hazard. No Small refrigerators heaters or a/c unless inspected for safety and approved. Additional charges apply. Keep valuables with you or in a locked box in your room. Keep medications secured in a lock box. Medications must be disclosed.
Residents are not allowed in the rooms of other residents without permission. No Sexual relationships between residents. No disrespect to the residing house manager, it is their job to make sure everyone does their part completes their chores; are compliant with rules and maintains peace. If asked, do additional chores. Be of service. Appropriate clothing at all time.
