We receive few complaints. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for residents.
Every resident deserves to be treated fairly, with dignity and respect. Every UpLift member home must provide a safe and healthy environment in a drug and alcohol free environment.
Residents who feel they are being treated unfairly, have an unresolved issue with management or staff of the home or have any other grievance are invited to submit their grievance here. When you submit a request for mediation through this site you should be accurate and respectful. Provide as many facts as you can. Suggest the acceptable resolution you desire and then let us review your grievance and contact our member home.
You will receive a confirmation email (provided you gave us one) confirming your submission. In almost all cases you will receive a status update within 24 hours of your submission.
